I want to use the emulator in full screen without losing quality and without distortion 800x600

Currently when I use snes9x pc in lcd monitor in the picture is distorted with few pixels, how do I configure my snes9x 1.53 to make it the same as when I played on a TV? but it has to be on the big screen no distorcion no few pixels
