When I go to display settings and set the Hi-Res option to "hq4x" I get slowdown on the file select screen and menu (Secret of Mana) and I have the same problem when a text box appears or if I access the menu in Seiken Densetsu 3, is there any way to have the Hi-Res filter set to hq4x and ...
