Turns out I did have turbo enabled somehow. Disabling it fixed the problem. Thanks!

[OSX] Mega Man can't charge shots or jump?
I've been playing Mega Man 7 and X 2 on the OSX version of snes9x with an snes controller via usb adapter and it seems like I can't get Mega Man to charge his shots. I've tried using the keyboard instead and the same thing happens. Also, after I tried using the keyboard another problem showed up. No...
