My OS is Windows 7 Home Premium. I don't know about either path, and I'm not sure what to do to find out.

1.53's save states work perfectly fine...until any time the program and its folder are closed and re-opened. I can save SRAM or save state data until I'm blue in the face but the nine slots will all be empty the next time I boot the thing up. I know my saves aren't just going into the ether. I can s...
